HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.29647 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the 4th respondent in not implementing the order passed by the 3rd respondent in Ref.H.1852/2013 dated 27.08.2015, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced the written instructions issued by the Tahsildar, Kadapa wherein it is stated that in pursuance to the orders passed by the 3rd respondent, action has already been initiated and notices were also issued to the petitioner as well as the respondent.

In view of the same, the 4th respondent is directed to take further action in accordance with law within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
