HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITON No. 26339 of 2005 O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.1 in issuing the impugned letter dated 05.12.2005 as illegal and arbitrary and to direct the respondent authorities not to harass the petitioner or remove him from the service of Archakatvam.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioner submits that during pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner attained the age of superannuation and hence, the cause does not survive for adjudication.

Recording the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ Petition shall stand closed.
