ORDER

Challenging the notification dated 18.09.2003 issued by the 2nd respondent, the present writ petition is filed. While admitting the writ petition on 23.12.2003, this Court passed an order to the effect that any appointment made will be subject to result of the writ petition. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that due to efflux of time, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
