The learned counsel for the revision petitioners had filed a letter dated 16.03.2016 in the Registry seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the revision, as per the instructions of his clients, and hence, the matter is listed today under the caption 'For Withdrawal'.

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the revision petitioners is present and sought permission of the court to withdraw the revision petition.

In view of the letter dated 16.03.2016 and recording the submission of the learned counsel for the revision petitioners, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
