This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner/A.4 to quash the proceedings in Crime No.222 of 2013 of S.H.O., Chilakapudi Police Station, Krishna District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 403, 409, 465, 466, 477-A and 120-B of IPC, but subsequently, charge sheet filed on 30.12.2016 and not yet numbered.

Therefore, nothing remains for adjudication by this Court in this Criminal Petition.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
