Petitioner's grievance is that he had submitted a representation dt.12.01.2016 to the 1st respondent to take action against the 4th respondent for converting a burial ground into a fish tank and that the 1st respondent has not taken any action thereon, even though the action of the 4th respondent is contrary to the G.O.Ms.No.7, dt.16.03.2016.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that the 1st respondent will consider the petitioner's representation in accordance with law and pass orders thereon within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereof to the petitioner.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dt.12.01.2016 in accordance with law within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereof to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
4. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
