Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. It is alleged by the petitioner that the 5th respondent has secured the job as Field Assistant in 4th respondent-Corporation by producing false caste certificate. According to the petitioner, though the 5th respondent belongs to Backward Class, he obtained Scheduled Tribe Community Certificate and secured the job. His grievance is that inspite of making several representations including one on 28.2.2015, no action has been taken by the respondent-authorities.
In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to enquire into the allegations made in the representation dated 28.2.2015 filed by the petitioner herein and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. No order as to costs. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. ____________________ JUSTICE R.KANTHA RAO Date:28.07.2015 kk
