ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue Writ, order or direction particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring action of respondent No.4 in interfering with construction of house in Plot Nos.19 and 20, Survey No.99/1, Block No.8, Near Bank Colony, Quthbullapur Village and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 21 of Constitution of India." At the hearing, Sri Venkateswarlu Sanisetty, learned counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition. Letter, dated 30.12.2015, is also addressed to the Registry to that effect.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, WP.M.P.No.36634 of
2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
