This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner/A.3 to quash the proceedings in Crime No.110 of 2014 of T. Narsapuram Police Station, West Godavari District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 143, 447, 427, 307, 506 r/w. Section 149 of IPC and Section 3(2)(a) of Preventioin of Damages to the Public Property Act, 1984, but subsequently, charge sheet was filed and the same is numbered as PRC.No11 of 2015. 2.

Therefore, nothing remains for adjudication by this Court in this Criminal Petition.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
