Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed:
Having regard to the prima facie accusation contained in the FIR and as the investigation in progress, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. Therefore, the investigation shall be continued to its logical end. However, considering the submission of learned counsel for petitioner that even if the allegations are taken into consideration, they would depict as civil contract dispute more than a criminal offence, the Police of Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, are directed not to arrest the accused/petitioner during the course of investigation. The petitioner shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation. With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. ______________________ U.DURGA PRASAD RAO,J 27-03-2015 eha
