This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, challenging the order dated 27.9.2016 in I.A. No.361 of 2016 in O.S. No.1162 of 2013 on the file of the Court of VII Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to raise objection before the trial court with regard to collection of stamp duty, at appropriate stage. Permission is granted.
