Sri Narender Reddy, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Bank on instructions states that the respondents have initiated required steps for handing-over the original documents to petitioner and the completion of this exercise is likely to take one more week from today and the respondents will within one week handover original documents to the petitioner.

2. This Court has no reason to further consider the writ prayer.

3. By placing on record the stand of the learned Senior Counsel, the writ petition is disposed of and it is further made clear that all steps are taken to return the original documents within time as requested by the respondents.

4. The writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
