THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 732 of 2015 ORDER:

Upon hearing the learned counsel for petitioners, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed:

A perusal of the charge sheet and FIR shows a prima facie material and hence it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. However, if the petitioners desire they can file discharge application before the trial Court in which case the trial Court has to decide the same on merits. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.c As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
