HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE B. VIJAYSEN REDDY WRIT PETITION No.13647 OF 2022 ORDER :

This Court by the order dated 27.10.2021 in W.P. No.26829 of 2021 has already clarified that the subject circular can only be construed in relation to the matters pertaining to the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 and concerned revenue officials are having jurisdiction to deal with the matters arising under various other revenue enactments i.e., the Telangana Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act 1950,Telangana Abolition of Inams Act, 1955, The Telangana Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfers) Act 1977, Telangana Non-Agricultural Lands Assessment Act etc.

Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of, at the stage of admission itself, directing respondent No.3 - the Joint (Additional) Collector (Revenue), Ranga Reddy District to conduct enquiry in the appeal in File No.F1/04/2013 (F1/962/2013) by issuing notice to all concerned / interested parties and affording an opportunity of hearing and pass orders, in accordance with law, within a period of

ten (10) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition stand closed.
