Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare (TG) appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and Sri V.Ramchander Goud, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.4. 2.
When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners may be permitted to make an application to the respondent authorities for redressal of their grievance and appropriate direction may be issued to the respondent authorities to consider the same strictly in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission and having regard to the nature of controversy, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition keeping it open to the petitioners herein to make an appropriate application/representation to the respondent authorities within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if any such application is filed, the same be considered and appropriate final action be taken strictly in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks thereafter.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
