THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.23546 of 2013 ORDER:

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. As a matter of fact, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner even on 08.11.2019. From this, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter diligently, though the writ petition is filed in the year 2013.

The 4th respondent also filed a counter-affidavit indicating the number of cases in which the petitioner has been involved. Therefore, this Court is of the view that there is no irregularity or illegality in opening and continuing of rowdy sheet against the petitioner. 3.

Since the petitioner is not shown interest in prosecuting the case, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. No costs.
