The case of the petitioner is that he made a representation dated 04.01.2016 along with patta certificate dated 19.04.1985 issued by the Tahsidlar, to the respondent authorities for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.2-00 guntas in Sy.No.128 situated at Thattiannaram Village, Hayathnagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. As no orders are passed, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. Since it is stated that the representation made by the petitioner on 04.01.2016 is pending before the respondent authorities, it is for them to dispose of the same in accordance with law.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the respondent authorities are directed to consider the representation filed by the petitioner on 04.01.2016 in accordance with law within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and pass appropriate orders accordingly.
