HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No. 26257 OF 2017 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in trying to remove the petitioner from the post of Anganwadi Worker for Anganwadi Center situated at Buradakota Village, Prathipadu Mandal, East Godavari District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

As on today, there is no termination order is issued to the petitioner by the respondents. This writ petition is filed only on apprehension.

In view of above, I do not see any reason to entertain the writ petition and accordingly, the same is dismissed. However, it goes without saying that the respondent authorities will have to follow the procedure as per Rules in issuing any termination order to the petitioner, as per Rules in force. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
