THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 23323 of 2002 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus declaring the order issued by the second respondent in his proceedings Rc.No.24/98-JA1, dated 25.10.2002, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently to direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner as Technical Work Inspector.

When the case is taken up for hearing, it is informed by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents that the petitioner is not working under the respondents and he is working in the organisation, namely, Churches Auxillary for Social Act (CASA). Hence, it is submitted that the cause in the writ petition does not survive and the writ petition may be dismissed. In view of the above submission of the learned Standing Counsel, the writ petition is dismissed.
