THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.7659 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned standing Counsel for respondents No.1 to 4 and Sri Ch.Madhu, learned standing Counsel for R.5.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by learned counsel as well as the learned Standing Counsel that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the common order of this Court, dated 12.06.2017, in W.P.No.18557 of 2017 and batch. A copy of the same is filed along with writ petition as material papers. The operative portion of the said order reads as under:

"As the above interim orders itself cover the main relief of these Writ Petitions, these Writ Petitions can be and accordingly disposed of with direction to the TSSPDCL Authorities to obtain undertaking affidavits and then conditionally release the power supply to the buildings of the petitioners, which is no doubt subject to compliance of all other statutory requirements by the petitioners and with the condition that in the event of refusal of grant of occupancy certificate by the concerned local Authorities viz. Panchayat or Municipality or Municipal Corporation or other Authorities as the case may be within a prescribed period, the respondents withdraw the power supply, without any need of even prior notice for such withdrawal being the conditional one."

Following the said order and for the reasons stated therein, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms thereof. There shall be no order as to costs.

Office to enclose a copy of the order, dated 12.06.2017, in W.P.No.18557 of 2017 and batch to this order. 5.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
