The petitioner's grievance is that petitioner has filed a representation dt.22.02.2016 to 3rd respondent for mutating his name in the Revenue Records in respect of the subject land and states that 3rd respondent has not taken any action thereon.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents, states that 3rd respondent will consider petitioner's representation and pass orders thereon within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider petitioner's representation and pass orders thereon within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, and communicate its decision thereon to petitioner. 4.
