This civil revision petition is filed, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, challenging the order dated 20.10.2016 in I.A. No.567 of 2016 in O.S. No.639 of 2016 on the file of the Court of V Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. 2.

At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing of the revision petition has become infructuous. The submission is recorded. 3.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
