THE HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI I.A,No.1 of 2O2O CRIMINAL PETITION No.11839 OF 2O14 ORDER:

I.A.No.1 of 2O2O is filed by the petitioners to permit them to withdraw the aforementioned Criminal Petition with a leave to approach this Court as and when required.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Ms'Zainab Khan, counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have frled by the aforesaid Interlocutor Application, wherein it is stated that at the intervention of elders, the petitioners have compromised the matter and the terms of compromise have been reduced into writing in the Memorandum of Understanding, dated 15.11.2017, and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the main Criminal Petition. 3.

Permission is accorded 4.
