HONOURABLE SRIJUSTICE B. VIJAYSEN REDDY WRIT PETITIO N No.9074 OF 2024 ORDER: (ORAL) When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to filing of this writ petition, notice under Section 91 read with 160 Cr.P.C has been issued to the petitioner to furnish documents/evidence, and as such, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

2. ln view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed and, accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. lf the petitioner has any further grievance and if the investigation is delayed beyond reasonable time and also if there are lapses on the part of the lnvestigation Officer, the petitioner is given liberty to approach this Court seeking modification of this order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the writ petition stand closed.
