This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in not registering the FIR against respondents 4 to 6, basing on the petitioner's complaint dated 25.03.2019. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that basing on the complaint of the petitioner a case in Crime No.159/2019 was registered against respondents 4 to 6. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
