HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.7643 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard.

Rather than furnishing of the F.D.R. for Rs.3,35,000/-, the interim custody may be permitted by the 2nd respondent-Deputy Commissioner, Prohibition & Excise, Warangal, on furnishing immovable property security by deposit of title deeds for a property worth Rs.5,00,000/- by executing on Rs.100/- bond paper by creation of equitable mortgage in favour of the Deputy Commissioner as security for the property and mention in the said bond the undertaking of not to alienate and use the vehicle without impairing its utility and without change and produce the vehicle as and when required and intimate the RTA concerned not to entertain registration by transfer or otherwise. This interim custody order is subject to passing of final orders after due enquiry.

With the above observations, this Writ Petition is allowed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
