THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.5216 of 2003 ORDER:

When the matter is called, it is represented by learned Standing Counsel for 3rd respondent that the issue in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.23748 of 2002, dated 03-01-2014 as confirmed in Writ Appeal No.649 of 2014 and the copies of the said orders are placed on record.

In W.P.No.23748 of 2002, the same proceedings, impugned in the present writ petition were questioned. This Court by way of the above said order, dated 03-01-2014 dismissed the said writ petition. Aggrieved by the said order, the petitioner therein filed W.A.No.649 of 2014 and a Division Bench of this Court by way of an order, dated 09-06-2014 dismissed the said appeal.

Following the above said orders and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also dismissed, in terms thereof. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
