Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Women and Child Welfare, appearing for 3rd respondent.

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had submitted a representation dt.26-02-2018 to 3rd respondent to appoint her as Anganwadi Teacher in Mysigandi Phase-I on the basis of a Certificate of a residence issued by the Tahsildar, Kadthal Mandal on 24-02-2018 and that 3rd respondent is not taking any action. 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Women and Child Welfare appearing for 3rd respondent states that 3rd respondent will consider the said request within six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 3rd respondent to consider the said request within six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs. 5.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
