THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT APPEAL NOs.483 AND 484 OF 2018 COMMON JUDGMENT: {Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} After putting forth elaborate submissions, both Sri V.R.Avula, learned counsel for the appellant and Sri T.Kiran, learned counsel for the respondents (petitioners in WP.No.22071 of 2017), would agree that it would suffice if this Court were to delete the following words in paragraph No.7 of the common order dated 01.02.2018 in WP.Nos.22071 and 11123 of 2017 i.e. "if it is required for any public purpose" and that they are not aggrieved by the remaining part of the said order.

As the learned counsel are in agreement, the words, "if it is required for any public purpose" in paragraph No.7 of the common order dated 01.02.2018 in WP.Nos.22071 and 11123 of 2017 shall stand deleted, and both the Writ Appeals shall stand disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
