This Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in Crime No. 30 of 2012 on the file of Gangadhara Police Station, Karimnagar District. Learned Public Prosecutor has pointedly drawn my attention to the fact that the petitioner has been acquitted on 31.03.2015 in S.C.No. 80 of 2012 on the file of the V Additional Sessions Judge's Court at Karimnagar. In that view of the matter, no further orders are needed to be passed in this case. Hence, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
