In view of the family settlement arrived at between the parties out side the Court on 25.11.2015, learned counsel appearing for the appellants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the appeal. Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
