THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.C.BHANU WRIT PETITION No.14351 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking a Mandamus to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in issuing show cause notice, dated 27.04.2015 in respect of the shop of the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted his explanation on 05.05.2015 to the show cause notice. It is only a show cause notice that was issued and the petitioner has already submitted his explanation. Therefore, appropriate decision has to be taken by the 3rd respondent in accordance with law. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, duly taking into account the explanation submitted by the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
