2. Questioning the action of the third respondent in not considering the representation of the petitioner for including his name with respect to the lands admeasuring Ac.3-36 cents and Ac.4-98 cents in Survey Nos.440/3 and 441/1 of Dinnedevarapadu Village, the present writ petition is filed.
3. Instructions of the learned Government Pleader from the Tahisldar, Kurnool, show that both the lands applied were earlier assigned to Madiga Rangadu in the year 1961 but due to violation of patta conditions it was already resumed on 26.10.2015 and presently it is under the custody of the Government and thereby the application of the petitioner for mutation was not considered.
4. Evidently, no orders are passed on the petitioner's application. Hence, it is appropriate to direct the third respondent to consider petitioner's representation for mutation and pass appropriate reasoned order and communicate the same to the petitioner within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
