THE HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER AND THE HON'BLE SMT.JUSTICE JUVVADI SRIDEVI FAMILY COURT APPEAL No.75 OF 2010 JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Dr.SA,J) This appeal, under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, is filed by the appellants, aggrieved by the order, dated 19.09.2009 passed in FCOP No.315 of 2007 by the learned Judge, Family Court, Hyderabad, wherein the subject FCOP filed by the respondent under Sections 7, 10 and 25 of Guardians and Wards Act, 1890, for appointment of guardian of the minor child Hrishikesh, was allowed.

Heard both sides. Perused the record.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that appellant No.1 died sometime back. Therefore, the case against the appellant No.1 is dismissed as abated.

As seen from the material placed on record, the subject F.C.O.P. was filed by the respondent herein for appointment of guardian of the minor child Hrishikesh, who was aged about

8 years, as on the date of filing of the O.P i.e, 19.04.2007. As on today, the said child has attained the age of majority. Therefore, the cause in the appeal does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, this Family Court Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
