THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.9362 OF 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner states that he is presently working as Deputy Manager (G) in the respondent - Federation. He states that he belongs to Scheduled Caste. He claims that he is eligible for promotion as Manager by applying the principle of reservations in promotions for the Scheduled Caste. The grievance of the petitioner is that though he submitted several representations, so far no reply is furnished and he is not granted promotion as per the eligibility and against the vacancy earmarked for the same. 2.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that since representations filed by the petitioner are pending, if a direction is issued to dispose of the said representations within a fixed time frame, it would suffice the interest of the petitioner. 3.

Having regard to the said submission and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Vice Chairman and Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Oil Seeds Growers' Federation Limited, Auto Nagar, Vijayawada, the 2nd respondent, to consider the claim of the petitioner as projected in his representations, dated 02.06.2016, 29.12.2016 and 22.02.2017, and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law by assigning due reasons in support of the decision, within a period of six weeks from the

date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
