The petitioner complains against the manner of investigation in FIR No.158 of 2012 on the file of Bodhan Police Station by respondent Nos. 3 and 4 in the instant petition. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that during pendency of the Writ Petition, charge sheet has been filed and numbered as S.C.No.139 of 2015.

In view of the subsequent developments, no further orders are necessary in this Petition.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case shall stand disposed of.
