The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition, with a grievance that the order of the Tribunal directing the revocation of his suspension was not implemented.

2. Today, Smt. A.Chaya Devi, learned counsel for the petitioner, produced a copy of the order dated 03-9-2016 passed by the Commissioner of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation revoking the suspension and reinstituting the petitioner into service. Therefore, the grievance of the petitioner does not survive anymore. Hence, the writ petition is closed. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs.
