HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.7891 OF 2018 O R D E R :

The grievance of the petitioners is that they were allotted specific mandals with specific functional responsibilities as Junior Engineers (WS) in respective district agencies vide proceedings No.1272/SRDS/SPM-HR/2014, dated 02.08.2014, but, as they were not given charge as Junior Engineers, the petitioners filed representation dated 28.02.2018 to the 2nd respondent bringing their grievance to his notice and the 2nd respondent by his endorsement directed the officials to put up the matter to the 3rd respondent to consider petitioner's request. But, till date no action has been taken. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.

and Sri MSR.Chandramurthy, learned counsel for respondents 3 to 6. Since, the 2nd respondent, by his endorsement, has already entrusted the grievance of the petitioners to the 3rd respondent, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioners and take action within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
