"In view of the representation made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is on bail during trial; he has fair chances of success in the appeal and he is in District Jail, Mahaboobnagar, the sentence of imprisonment imposed on the petitioner alone is hereby suspended pending disposal of the appeal and the petitioner shall continue on bail on his executing a bond for Rs.10,0001 (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the I Additional Distriet Judgc, Mahaboobnagar."
