ORDER

This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 10.07.2014 passed in W.P.M.P.No.23953 of 2014 in W.,P.No.19106 of 2014, wherein this Court directed the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.03.2014 and pass appropriate orders.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents has placed before this Court the proceedings dated 20.01.2016 issued by the third respondent in pursuance of the orders passed by this Court and an amount of Rs.1,40,733/- also has been paid to the petitioner after deducting the statutory recoveries. Hence, I see no contempt much less willful contempt of the orders of this Court.

3. However, learned counsel for the petitioner says that the petitioner would submit the day-wise statements for the works carried out by him for the period from 01.08.2013 to 28.02.2014. If the petitioner submits the above information, it is open for the respondents to consider the same.

4. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
