Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for 3rd respondent. Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner is working as Office Subordinate in the office of the Mandal Praja Parishat, Palvancha in Khammam District for the last 18 years without any promotion and that his case has to be considered for promotion as Junior Assistant. Petitioner contends that he gave representation dt.06-01-2018 to 3rd respondent to consider his claim for promotion as Junior Assistant, but the 3rd respondent has not passed any orders thereon. Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for 3rd respondent states that 3rd respondent will consider the said representation within six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 3rd respondent to consider the said representation within six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
