The Court made the following:

ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the letter, dated 07.08.2015, addressed by respondent No.3 to respondent No.5, seeking to demolish the petitioner's building admeasuring 40 sq.yds. in plot No.7(part) in survey No.253 of Aditya's Royal Park I, Kompally Village, Qutubullahpur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary.

Mrs.K.V.Rajasree, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter, dated 04.11.2015, to the Registry, wherein she has mentioned that she was instructed by her client to withdraw the writ petition.

At the hearing, Ms.B.Rajeswari, learned counsel representing Mrs.K.V.Rajasree, learned counsel for the petitioner, reiterated the aforesaid request.

In view of the aforesaid request, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order, dated 14.08.2015, is vacated and W.P.M.P.No.33586 of 2015 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
