OFFI CE NOTE 08.04.2025 JSR,J I.A.No.1 of 2025 This application is filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 02.04.2025 in Criminal Petition No.4184 of 2025 against the petitioner/accused No.4 in Crime No.527 of 2025 of Cyber Crimes Police Station, Hyderabad, relating to the value of sureties from Rs.25,000/- each with two sureties for the like sum to that of Rs.5,000/- each with two sureties for the like sum.

Heard Mr.A.Prabhakar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Syed Yasa Mamoon, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondentState. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court granted anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioner/accused No.4 vide order dated 02.04.2025 in Criminal Petition No.4184 of with certain conditions directing the petitioner to surrender before the Station House Officer, Cyber Crimes Police Station, Hyderabad, on or before 08.04.2025 and on such surrender, the Station House Officer is directed to release the petitioner on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties for a like sum each to his satisfaction. He further submitted that the petitioner is working as a Cameraman and due to his financial difficulties, he could not execute the

OFFI CE NOTE personal bond for Rs.25,000/-. Unless this Court modifies the condition of executing a personal bond for Rs.25,000/- to Rs.5,000/-, he will be put to irreparable loss and great hardship.

Mr.Syed Yasar Mamoon, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor has not disputed the same.

Taking into consideration the above said submissions and also the averments made in the application, this application is ordered and modified the condition No.6(i) and (ii) as follows:

"(i) Petitioner/accused No.4 is directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Cyber Crimes Police Station, Hyderabad, on or before 21.04.2025;

ii) On such surrender, the Station House Officer of Cyber Crimes Police Station, Hyderabad shall release the petitioner on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to his satisfaction." The other conditions are not disturbed.

Registry is directed to correct the said condition in the order passed by this Court dated 02.04.2025 in Criminal Petition No.4184 of 2025 and issue fresh corrected order.
