HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.22451 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioners seeking Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in threatening to demolish the building bearing Door No.3088/1, situated in Sy.No.1104/C1, Addanki, Addanki (U), Prakasam District, Andhra Pradesh, for the purpose of widening of the road without following the prescribed procedure, as unconstitutional, illegal and in violation of well settled principles of natural justice.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Government Pleader for Roads and Buildings and perused the material available on record.

3. Though various grounds are raised in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to demolish the subject building of the petitioners without following due process of law. No order as to costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
