Learned counsel for the appellants filed a Memo, dated 18.01.2018, stating that he received instructions from the appellants that the matter is amicably settled between the parties out of the Court and therefore, the appeal has become infructuous. In the said Memo, it is prayed that this Court may dismiss the appeal as settled out of the Court.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the appellants reiterated the contents of the Memo.
