THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1466 of 2016 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging nonimplementation of the order in W.P.M.P.No.24019/2013 in W.P.No.19600/2013 dated 07.08.2015.

Though the respondents filed a copy of the proceedings dated 27.08.2016 in compliance with the said order, the same is disputed by the learned counsel for petitioner. In view of pendency of the main writ petition i.e., W.P.No.19600/2013, this Court is not inclined to adjudicate the violation and it is open to the learned counsel for petitioner to raise this point at the time of hearing the main writ petition.

Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
