HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA C.R.P.No.3570 OF 2015 ORDER:

The present revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed aggrieved over the order, dated 29.07.2015, passed in I.A.No.229 of 2015 in O.S.No.846 of 2011 on the file of learned XX Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

2. The case status report placed by the Registry would show that the main suit itself was dismissed with costs on 31.10.2016, whereas, the present revision petition was filed on 24.08.2015.

3. In such an event, the present revision petition becomes infructuous.

4. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
