HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4484 OF 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks to quash the proceedings against him in C.C.No.456 of 2011 on the file of VII Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.

When the matter came up for hearing, this Court called for information as to the present stage of C.C.No.456 of 2011. Accordingly, the Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, in his letter in Dis.No.11884/MSJ/HYD/2018, dated 04.08.2018, submitted information to the effect that the said case was disposed of on 20.02.2013.

In that view, this criminal petition which was filed against C.C.No.456 of 2011 has become infructuous and it is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
