HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.R.C.M.P.No.1131 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.R.C.No.1266 of 2013 ORDER:

Heard both sides and perused the material on record. The revision petitioners 1 to 4 and revision respondent No.1 for herself and for the minor child are present. They filed the present petition seeking to record the compromise as they settled the DVC claim outside the Court.

Having regard to the above, the compromise is recorded and proceedings under DVC.No.13 of 2011 are terminated as the couple are stated living together by drowning the differences and giving up reciprocal claims.

Accordingly and the result, the Crl.R.C.M.P.No.1131 of 2017 and the criminal revision case are allowed.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
