Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. 2.

Petitioner's grievance is that the 3rd respondent did not dispose of his representation dt.01-06-2015 for grant of settlement patta. 3.

Along with counter-affidavit, the proceedings dt.31-03-2017 of the 5th respondent are enclosed, which show that petitioner's representation was rejected on the ground that his application dt.01-06-2015 was for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed for the subject land only and not for patta under the A.P. Estates (Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari) Act, 1948. 4.

In this view of the matter, the cause in the Writ Petition no longer survives for adjudication.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. No costs. 6.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
